Mammoth Hot Springs, we may have missed the Elk rut season, but we sure saw a lot of elk.
Pika habitat. Unfortunately the pika did not want to pose for his photo. He was too busy scampering and collecting grasses for his haystack.

At this time of year there are a LOT of elk hanging out on the grounds and between the building at Mammoth Hot Springs
