I’m putting photos from the Friday night performance, Saturday morning slack and Saturday night performance all onto this one blog post. The lighting and scenery at the Price rodeo was awesome.
The thing about shooting rodeos that makes me a little crazy is that I find it hard to predict what event will get the best photos. There are just too many variables. There are weather variables like wind, rain, dust, sunshine and the related variables of light, dark, dusk, dawn, moon. Then you add the variables of horses, riders, and cattle and you never know what kinds of photos you’ll get.
