A dirt road drive through a Redwood forest

Our first stop of the day was at the Hiouchi Visitor Center for the Redwood National and State Parks of California https://www.nps.gov/redw/planyourvisit/visitorcenters.htm At this visitor center the rangers were extremely helpful and talked about walkable trails and this great dirt road drive that we could begin on US 101 and end up back over on the road leading to Medford (US 199). This was AMAZING! Everyone was driving super slow on this narrow dirt road. I think we were all under the spell of the magic of the trees. All of the drivers were super cautious and kind, clear evidence of magical influences. I was focused on driving and Shanna was under the spell of the forest so we did not take many pictures.
